FAQ:

EQUIPMENT NEEDED?


Desktop computer with dual monitors, home phone(not all clients require this), headset, and internet service
(The Internet has to be connected hard wired with an Ethernet cable)

TRAINING?

Training is virtual. Training classes last anywhere from 1-4 weeks depending on the client.

BACKGROUND CHECK?

There is a background check and some clients require a drug screening.

REQUIRED SERVICING HOURS?

You will make your own schedule based upon your availability and some clients have required weekly days and times. You are able to work anywhere from 0-90 hours per week with most clients.

WHO IS MY EMPLOYER?

Work is performed under an Independent Call Center Business Owner (IBO). Couture Boutique, LLC will be your employer(IBO).

CAN I WORK FROM ANY STATE?

Currently, agents are not accepted from the following states: California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, and Wisconsin.

IS TRAINING PAID & HOW MUCH IS THE PAY?

NO!  Pay does not start until you start taking calls. (This can be within the last weeks of training) Pay is determined based on the client and can range anywhere from $8 and up.

ARE THERE ANY FEES INVOLVED?


Each Client charges a startup/certification fee and the amount varies depending on the client. There will be a monthly $40 usage fee to work from our platform. ($20 will be deducted from your payroll biweekly)


WHAT CLIENTS WILL I WORK WITH?


Carnival Cruises, Disney Cruise Line & Resort, Home Depot, Intuit Turbo Tax, Comcast Cable, Peloton, and Neiman Marcus are just a few to name. There are several more.  You will select the client you prefer to work with and this can be changed. More than one client can be serviced at one time if your schedule allows but we recommend getting starting with one for a few months before adding another.

HOW OFTEN AM I PAID?


You are paid twice a month.  We will get payroll setup prior to training. Payroll comes from Couture Boutique, LLC and our electronic payroll system is secure.

DO I RECEIVE A W2?


No, currently you will receive a form 1099.

Business Hours have been updated to 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday- Friday excluding Holidays.  All agents will be contacted within 2-4 hours after or the following business day depending on the concern.  All technical and system related issues should be addressed through the portal.  We may email agents after our business hours but we will not contact any agents outside of our business hours unless it is an emergency.
